Rob Goodwin

Board Member

Rob Goodwin has dedicated 35 years advocating for kids and families the child welfare space. In 1999, he joined Necco, a five-state foster care and behaviorial health services company, and has significantly contributed to the organization for over 23 years, currently serving as the Chief People Officer. Rob has held many roles over the span of his career, including Case Manager, Team Leader, Program Director, Director of Residential Services, and Director of Training and Development. 

Under Rob's leadership, Necco has seen transformational growth. He continues to be dedicated to creating opportunities that enhance personal and professional growth in others, emphasizing the importance of first experiences and the power behind changing the trajectory of a child's life for the better.

Rob holds a M.S. in Adult and Technical Education from Marshall University, with a focus on Training and Development. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science from Ohio University, and has completed the Kaplan-Norton Master Class in Strategy Management and Execution.
