David Garrett is an Impact Investment Associate at Table Sense, where he focuses on identifying and partnering with exceptional fund managers and founders working to strengthen outcomes for vulnerable youth. David first joined the organization as an intern and has since become an integral member of the investment team.

Before transitioning into impact investing, David worked as a kindergarten teacher, tennis coach, and ABA therapist. These experiences gave him firsthand insight into the challenges facing children and families and inspired his commitment to advancing systemic change through innovative investment strategies.

David earned his MBA from Simon Business School, where he was recognized as a Toigo Fellow. He also holds a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina.

Originally from Atlanta and now based in Cincinnati, David enjoys running, playing tennis, and spending time with his German Shepherd. He also loves returning to South Carolina's Lowcountry, where he can often be found shucking oysters and enjoying time with family and friends.
