Hailey Barr-King serves as Senior Manager of Government Affairs at Table Sense, where she leads the organization's policy and advocacy efforts at the federal, state, and local levels. Her work focuses on advancing systems of change that improve outcomes for at-risk youth and families, translating policy priorities into actionable strategies that drive meaningful impact.

Prior to joining Table Sense, Hailey led policy and advocacy initiatives across multiple states for United Way. Her diverse professional background also includes experience in strategic communications, public affairs, and event planning with organizations such as Gallup, Georgetown University, and a global intellectual property law firm. This multidisciplinary experience allows her to bring a thoughtful and collaborative approach to policy development, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy strategy.

Hailey earned a master's degree in public relations and corporate communications from Georgetown University and a bachelor's degree in political science, with a concentration in media and politics, from Miami University.

A native of Cincinnati, Hailey spent six years in Washington before returning home in 2024. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, crafting, and spending time with her husband and their two cats.
